At Noir Tribe, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective:
- Innerwear or intimate wear
- Socks
- Final sale or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@yourdomain.com
- Include:
- Order ID
- Product images (if damaged/incorrect)
- Reason for return
- Our support team will review and respond within 2–5 business days.
Approved returns may be picked up through our logistics partners depending on service availability.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on banks/payment providers.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful quality inspection of returned item
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Noir Tribe reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Fraud detection
- Inventory issues
- Suspected misuse of promotions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for faster resolution.
8. Return Shipping Charges
- Returns due to defective/wrong products: No charge
- Size exchanges or customer preference returns: shipping fees may apply depending on location and logistics availability.
9. Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery without valid reason:
- Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Fraud Prevention
Noir Tribe reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving:
- Excessive return abuse
- Suspicious activity
- Used or tampered products
